Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment in a fast-paced, high-speed manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair high-speed production equipment.Maintain and repair bottling, canning, capping, or filling equipment.Work with conveyor systems, pneumatic systems, and motors.Perform electrical troubleshooting on sensors, proximity switches, and relays.Diagnose and resolve issues on sensitive, high-speed equipment to minimize downtime.Preferred experience with welding stainless steel using TIG and stick welding.Essential SkillsStrong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with high-speed production equipment.Experience with conveyor systems, pneumatic troubleshooting, and motor repair.Electrical troubleshooting skills, including work with sensors, proximity switches, and relays.Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in automotive, industrial, aircraft, beverage, or canning/manufacturing maintenance environments.Experience troubleshooting and repairing gears, bearings, and motors.Familiarity with automated material handling and packaging equipment, such as conveyors, cappers, fillers, and labelers.Experience maintaining and troubleshooting high-speed production equipment is a strong plus.Why Work Here?We offer competitive pay with ample room for raises and promotions.
