Plant Maintenance Technician Job Summary The Plant Maintenance Technician supports safe, efficient, and continuous manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing manufacturing equipment and facility systems to ensure maximum uptime, minimal downtime, and optimal equipment performance. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on industrial maintenance experience, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding systems, and works effectively under pressure. This position partners closely with production, engineering, safety, and maintenance teams to meet production, quality, and workplace safety goals.
