Overview HVAC Installation Manager Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Installation Manager to lead our installation team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily installation operations, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Competitive compensation + sign-on bonus Medical, dental, and vision insurance Disability and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (3+ weeks) and paid holidays Ongoing training, development, and career growth opportunities Established, growing company with a strong reputation in South Florida Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise HVAC Installation Technicians and helpers to ensure high-quality installations and performance Conduct field quality control and safety inspections on all installations Troubleshoot and resolve installation and system start-up issues Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to technicians on technical skills, customer service, and company standards Collaborate with service, dispatch, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure efficient and timely project completion Plan, schedule, and forecast installation workload and staffing needs Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including callbacks and customer satisfaction Address escalated customer concerns and ensure prompt, professional resolution Lead team meetings and reinforce safety practices, expectations, and company initiatives Foster a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with Snyder’s core values Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and system start-up experience (heating and cooling systems) Proven ability to coach, train, and develop technicians Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills About Snyder Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is a trusted leader in home services across South Florida.
