Optimus Health Care—the largest provider of primary health care services in Fairfield County—is looking for dedicated professionals to join our team! With multiple locations in Bridgeport, Stratford, and Stamford, our mission is to be a lifelong health care partner, dedicated to achieving optimal wellness for the communities we serve.
Optimus Healthcare is looking for a Family Medicine to join our team- based model of care at our Stratford clinic. Compe titive compensation and sign-on/retention bonus opportunity.

• Our integrated, team-based model of care is delivered in a kind and compassionate manner, with attention to the diversity of our patients’ backgrounds and needs
• A care model that offers conventional medicine, dentistry, and behavioral health services along with complementary approaches to care such as acupuncture, chiropractic, and nutritional counseling.

Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate must have a medical degree from an accredited Medical School
• Completion of a Residency from an accredited institution specializing in Family Medicine.
• Current Connecticut Licensure or application in process.
• Must be Board Certified or Eligible to sit for exam.
* Must have comfort level with medical complexity and multiple concurrent comorbidity
Professional positive attitude, vision, understanding of customer service principals, trustworthiness, and excellent interpersonal skills to successfully accomplish tasks necessary to meet high standards of ethical and social responsibility required by this position.
