Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Minnesota state license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience or willingness to work in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. New graduates are welcome.
• Flexible scheduling availability to meet facility needs.
