Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Minnesota State PTA license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Flexible scheduling experience or willingness to work a flexible schedule.
