Senior Director, Product Management

Ibotta is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to oversee the IPN Campaign Platform. Your job will be to lead its vision, strategy, and execution. Including the IPN Portal and the APIs sitting underneath, this product stack is used by Clients, Sellers/Account Managers, and Operations to discover insights, activate campaigns, optimize performance, and understand outcomes. It is critical to ensuring the IPN operates as a unified, intuitive, high-performing platform that reflects Ibotta’s evolution from a promotions marketplace into a modern performance marketing engine.You will oversee a growing team of Product Managers across Campaign Design, Optimization, Performance, and Portal Experience, shaping how the IPN supports all user personas and serves as the connective tissue across the full campaign lifecycle. You will also infuse AI into the product process for your team, leveraging AI technologies both within the product and within the product development lifecycle. This is a highly strategic, high-visibility leadership role that requires deep partnership with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Operations.This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary. Equity is included in overall compensation package.
