REGIONAL MANAGER

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to lead and grow our pallet operations across the region. The successful candidate will oversee branch performance, drive sales growth, ensure operational efficiency, and build strong relationships with customers and team members.Key Responsibilities:·Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple locations within the region.·Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.·Oversee recruitment of employees, train, lead, coach, and support employees.·Build and maintain strong customer relationships.·Monitor inventory, production, and delivery performance.·Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and industry regulations.·Prepare and present budgets, analyze performance metrics (KPI’s), and report on regional results.·Identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvements.·Implement and manage corrective actions.Qualifications:·Proven experience in regional or multi-site management, preferably in supply chain, manufacturing, coordination, or distribution.·Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.·Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.·Experience managing budgets and performance targets.·Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management software.·Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the region.·Must have a flexible schedule and be able to travel with minimal notice.SKILLS:·Health and Safety Management·Proficient Computer knowledge, MS Office·Excellent follow-up skills·Business Management·Customer Relations·Develop project plans, ensure completion·Regional Management·Report preparation, analysis and presentation·Compliance·Sales Growth·Business Growth·Lean methods (5S, Gemba is a plus)·Ability to obtain forklift certification·Ability to lift a minimum of fifty pounds·Bilingual (is a plus)
