IT SPECIALIST

Position: IT Specialist Job Type: (Remote) We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our team at Dayton Roger's Contract. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our organization's computer systems and networks. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within our company. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks Monitor and maintain system performance and security Identify and implement solutions to improve system efficiency and functionality Train and assist end-users with technology-related questions and issues Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement new technology solutions Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and procedures Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding technology usage and security Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows and MacOS Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus We offer competitive salary and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within our company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
