Child Care Worker

Child Care Program Assistant
This is a 9 month position for 5.75 hours/day. Location TBD. Pay is based on experience and education, ranging from $14.38 - $21.39. Hours may be shortened or extended based on location: 6:15 - 9:15 a.m. 3:15 - 6 p.m. This position has modified benefits: Paid Holidays 2 personal days/year 7 sick days/year Paid Jury Duty
Purpose: Provide an enriching and safe environment for students ages K-5 who are enrolled in the before school and after school child care program. Responsible to assist in child care activities, assistance with snacks, and personal needs.
Qualifications: Prefer experience working with elementary school age children. Sincere interest in working with students. Requires good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Regular attendance and punctuality is essential due to early and late hours required of position with limited other staff available.
