LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization in Wadsworth, Ohio to hire a Recruiter for a contract opportunity. This position is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys sourcing, interviewing, and building strong candidate pipelines while partnering with hiring managers to fill open positions. This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of open positions.
• Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
• Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with offer processes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience required.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience sourcing candidates through various recruiting platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
