Retail Account Merchandiser

Job Description Job Description Excell Marketing is seeking a Retail Account Merchandiser to service Wilkes-Barre, PA and surrounding area. As a Retail Account Merchandiser, you will service multiple retail locations each week within your assigned territory. Responsibilities include unpacking freight, stocking shelves, following planograms, and ensuring displays are organized, properly labeled, and optimized to drive sales. You will also maintain positive business relationships with store personnel and provide exceptional service during every visit KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete all scheduled service visits as assigned Unpack and stock merchandise according to company planograms Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled displays Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel Ensure timely communication with your manager and field services team via phone, email, text, and/or video calls JOB REQUIREMENTS: Reliable transportation to travel within a one-hour radius of your territory Personal smartphone with an active service plan (monthly stipend provided) Basic computer and smartphone proficiency, including: Accessing company applications and websites Connecting to Wi-Fi networks Completing reports and forms Uploading/downloading documents (Word, Excel, PDF, JPG files) Using email and two-factor authentication Strong communication and organizational skills Professional attitude and demeanor when interacting with coworkers, store personnel, and customers PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS: Lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs. independently onto a cart Perform team lifts for items over 50 lbs. as needed Frequent bending and stooping Occasional kneeling or crawling to access lower shelves Use of a small step stool (no more than two steps) to reach higher shelving BENEFITS OF WORKING AT EXCELL Competitive Hourly Wages Paid Time Off and Sick Pay Bonus Opportunities Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance packages available (For full-time employees only) Commission based on sales at assigned stores (For full-time employees only) 50% Employee Discount on products (strict limitations and restrictions apply) Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement 401(k) and profit-sharing programs A Drug-Free Workplace and Equal Opportunity Employer We use E-Verify to confirm work authorization / eligibility for all hires.
