Hematologist Oncologist

LifePoint Health

Las Cruces, NM

Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to provide multidisciplinary care within a fully integrated cancer center, contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient well-being. The position emphasizes work-life balance with flexible scheduling options and access to resources for impactful patient care.

Practice Info

  • Work alongside Hem/Oncs, Rad/Onc, Onc Pharmacy, and certified oncology RNs in a fully integrated cancer center.
  • Actively engaged in 20-30 clinical trials, supported by two dedicated research nurses.
  • Robust follow-up panel and 2-3 new consultations/day.
  • Serve in a consultative capacity only, with no admissions or discharges.
  • Part of Southern New Mexico's only NCI-affiliated cancer center, with ACR and ACOS CoC certifications.
  • Participate in bi-weekly general tumor boards and breast tumor conferences.
