Our team is responsible for leading production, development and sustainment activities that support our US and allied warfighters.What You Will Be DoingAs the Subcontract Program Management Mgr you will be responsible for managing a dynamic team of Subcontract Managers and Procurement Representatives, driving strategic initiatives to ensure efficiency within the Global Supply Chain organization.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Oversee subcontractor efforts across all contract types, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.Direct and manage cost, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance of subcontracted systems.Develop and execute strategic sourcing and subcontract program management plans, addressing risk and program capture needs.Lead cross‑functional teams of engineers, quality, and procurement personnel to ensure successful subcontract execution and on‑time delivery.Manage the full subcontract lifecycle from business case through RFP, negotiation, execution, and contract closeout.Why Join Us The ideal candidate is a collaborative, results‑driven leader with deep experience in subcontract program management and a passion for delivering mission‑critical solutions.
