Customer Service Representative Full-Time
Location: Alpharetta, GA Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM5:30 PM Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site (Non-Remote)
Brookwood Funding LLC, a national consumer lending company, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Alpharetta. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with a stable and growing company.
This is an on-site, non-remote position. No lending experience is requiredwe provide paid, on-the-job training. If you are dependable, enjoy helping people, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Assist customers by phone, email, and fax.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
