Requirements:

• Medical License State: Arizona, part of IMLC - Required - Will accept those that need to apply
• Board Certified Required: Yes

Shift Information:

• Shift Coverage Model: 24 hr shift with call at night
• Shift Times: From 7:00 am to 7:00 am
• Call Required: Yes
• Weekend Required: Yes

• Additional Details: Will accept non-Arizona licensed candidates who are part of IMLC (compact license)
