• Graduate of accredited nursing program
• BLS required; PALS preferred
• Previous pediatric or acute care experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and family-centered care skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Provide nursing care to pediatric patients in an acute care setting
• Perform age-appropriate assessments and monitor patient status
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
• Respond to changes in condition and initiate appropriate interventions
• Document care accurately in the EMR
