The most important characteristic of a healthcare recruiter at National is the ability to effectively communicate with candidates via telephone and email, providing them with urgency and exemplary customer service, all here in our offices in Winter Park. You will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle of the candidates, and manage the candidates through their entire employment process. Ambitious and articulate self-starters with exceptional work ethics find great success with National.

What you’re able to do:

• Make 100-120 calls per day

• Research and contact candidates via the Internet, e-mail, social media, etc.

• Review candidates’ resumes and curriculum vitae carefully

• Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure that their needs are met

 

You’re extra awesome if:

· You have the ability to produce high volume telephone sales calls

· You have the ability to achieve sales goals and objectives

· You have staffing and recruiting experience

· You have sales experience

· You’ve received a Bachelor’s degree

· You have inside sales experience
