- Support deal execution across all stages including cross-border and complex strategic transactions

- Work on specialized matters like fund formation, recapitalizations, and takeover defense

Qualifications:

- JD

- 3-5 years of law firm experience in M&A, private companies, and PE/VC work

- Idaho bar admission

- High academic credentials
