Overview: Position: Junior Salesforce Developer Location: Columbus, Ohio Experience: 0-2 Years Work Arrangement: Remote (Work From Home) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are hiring a driven and enthusiastic Junior Salesforce Developer to support our growing technology initiatives. This position is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to develop hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM, including Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, and system integrations. This role provides practical exposure to real-world projects, structured training, interview preparation, and ongoing career assistance to help you build confidence and technical proficiency in Salesforce development. Core Responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, validation rules, workflows, triggers, and automation tools to meet business requirements
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs
- Assist with data migration, report generation, dashboard creation, and process automation using Salesforce Flow
- Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities
- Gain hands-on experience through active involvement in enterprise-level Salesforce projects
- Take part in interview readiness sessions and receive continuous professional support
- 0-2 years of experience in Salesforce development or related technical roles
- Working knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning components
- Understanding of data modeling and automation tools within Salesforce
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming principles and version control tools such as Git
- Strong analytical abilities, communication skills, and attention to detail
