Responsibilities Assist senior account representatives in managing client accounts and relationships. Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to client accounts. Support the sales team in identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
