Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily scheduling of field survey crews and office support staff.
* Serve as the primary liaison between project managers, clients, and field crews.
* Review work orders, proposals, and project requirements to ensure field readiness.
* Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery of survey services.
* Maintain detailed records of work progress, crew assignments, and equipment use.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the course of survey operations.
* Assist with drafting task orders and organizing project files.
* Position will require the candidate to work both onsite and offsite

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in land surveying.
* Strong knowledge of survey terminology, processes, and documentation.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Trimble Business Center.
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients, field staff, and internal teams.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
