Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Survey Manager tooversee and manage the scheduling, communication, and coordination of survey crews(s)on a large-scale project with an estimated duration of ten (10) years. Theideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying (both field andoffice), excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage large scaleprojects and field crews efficiently. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily scheduling offield survey crews and office support staff. Serve as the primary liaisonbetween project managers, clients, and field crews. Review work orders, proposals,and project requirements to ensure field readiness. Track project timelines andensure timely delivery of survey services. Maintain detailed records ofwork progress, crew assignments, and equipment use. Troubleshoot and resolve issuesthat arise during the course of survey operations. Assist with drafting task ordersand organizing project files. Position will require thecandidate to work both onsite and offsite Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GEDrequired. Minimum of 10 years ofexperience in land surveying. Strong knowledge of surveyterminology, processes, and documentation. Excellent organizational andmultitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with software such as AutoCAD Civil 3Dand/or Trimble Business Center.
