Project Manager

Our client, a well-established and growing surveying and geospatial services firm, is seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager to join its South Florida operation. This individual will oversee a variety of projects while serving as a leader to field crews, technicians, and clients throughout the region. Location: Boca Raton, Florida. Candidates located outside the area will be considered, and relocation assistance may be available for the right individual. Responsibilities Manage multiple survey projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved. Oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction layout, utility, and related surveying projects. Coordinate the work of field crews, project surveyors, CAD technicians, and subcontractors. Develop proposals, budgets, schedules, and scopes of work. Maintain relationships with existing clients while helping identify and develop new business opportunities. Review plats, legal descriptions, easements, right-of-way documents, and other deliverables. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and internal quality procedures. Support recruiting efforts while mentoring and developing junior team members. Work closely with company leadership to support the organization’s continued growth. Qualifications Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) license strongly preferred. Five or more years of project management experience within the surveying industry. Experience managing boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction layout, and related projects. Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and related surveying technologies. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Existing relationships throughout the South Florida market are highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
