Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $28.90 – $41.00 (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials:
• 7am-3pm: +$1.25/hr (weekends)
• 3pm-11pm: +$2.00/hr (Mon-Thu), +$3.00/hr (Fri-Sun)
• 11pm-7am: +$4.00/hr (Mon-Thu), +$5.00/hr (Fri-Sun)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,000
• Placement Fee: 20%

What You'll Do

• Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
• Educate patients and their families on discharge and ongoing care
• Document all patient care activities per policies
• Monitor patient safety, reporting hazards promptly
• Lead and support staff, promoting professional development
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Support recovery-focused, diverse, and inclusive environment
• Uphold the mission and values of the facility

What You Need

• Valid Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• 1+ years of clinical experience in emergency or critical care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
• Commitment to professional excellence and diversity
