Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $28.90 $41.00 (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials:
• 7am-3pm (Saturday & Sunday): +$1.25/hr
• 3pm-11pm (Monday-Thursday): +$2.00/hr
• 3pm-11pm (Friday-Sunday): +$3.00/hr
• 11pm-7am (Monday-Thursday): +$4.00/hr
• 11pm-7am (Friday-Sunday): +$5.00/hr
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,000
• Placement Fee: 20% of first month's compensation

What You'll Do

• Provide emergency medical care to diverse patient populations in a busy ED setting
• Assess, diagnose, and stabilize patients quickly and efficiently
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document patient care accurately, adhering to policies and standards
• Support and supervise staff and respond to urgent medical situations
• Ensure patient safety and advocate for quality care
• Maintain compliance with licensing, certification, and facility protocols

What You Need

• Valid Michigan medical license or ability to obtain
• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (Board Eligible accepted with experience)
• ACLS, ATLS, PALS certifications required
• 1+ years of emergency medicine experience preferred
• Strong patient care skills and the ability to work efficiently
