What you'll be working on As an Implementation Manager you will be responsible for helping new clients use our software. Managing implementation projects including: Coordinating virtual planning and training meetings for individual customers. Hosting training webinars for groups of customers. Working with other teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and support. Making your job easier by deleting unnecessary processes, and automating tasks with Notion, HubSpot and Claude. You will be measured by how many new customers you can train effectively per month, and your contributions to increasing this number for everyone by improving implementation at VXT. Benefits Salary range of $115,000 - $200,000 (offers depend on performance during assessments). 5% automatic raises every 6 months. Generous stock options. Pay transparency.
