Degree Heating & Cooling is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Glastonbury, CT. This is a full-time position servicing residential customers in a market with strong demand. What You'll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Run service calls and troubleshoot heating and cooling issues
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and recommend solutions
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and job site

What We're Looking For

• Active Connecticut HVAC License (D2, S10, S2, or S1) - required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• Residential service experience - preferred
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
• ServiceTitan experience a plus - not required

Compensation The compensation range for this role starts at $40+ per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications. Additional bonuses, overtime, and incentives may apply based on company policies.
