Remote Recruiter

A client of Insight Global is looking for someone to take on the following responsibilities as a fully remote recruiter.


Review candidate applications and resumes in their online
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Evaluate and rank candidates based on predefined criteria
Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
Present qualified candidates and hiring recommendations

Targeted Pay Range: $30-40/hr

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of experience as a recruiter
Strong communication skills
Availability to work 25-30 hours a week until work is completed
