Certified Pilates Instructor Position: Certified Pilates Instructor Job Type: Full-time or part-time Location: FFC Oak Park Compensation: $49$70 per session (based on experience and certifications). New instructors earn commissions as well as have opportunity to earn bonuses in the first 90 day ($500$1000/month for the first 3 months). Your Role: Build Your Schedule: Set your weekly appointments and maintain consistent service Sales: Grow your client base using proven sales methods (training provided) Safety: Ensure a clean, safe environment for all Client Engagement: Help clients with exercise guidance and support Promote FFC Programs: Build relationships and suggest relevant programs Deliver Quality Training: Help clients achieve their fitness goals Stay Informed: Attend meetings and continuing education sessions Maintain Certifications: Keep Pilates and CPR/AED certifications up to date Support Events: Volunteer for FFC-sponsored events and programs Benefits: Insurance: Medical (full-time only), Dental, and Vision through UnitedHealthcare Life Insurance: Provided by the company (full-time only) 401K: Company match Professional Development: 50% reimbursement for activities (up to $200 per year for full-time employees after 90 days) Training: Discounts on fitness programs (Pilates, Yoga, Group Fitness, etc.) Continued Education: Access to FFC University, discounted certifications (ACE, NASM, CPR/AED, etc.) Other Perks: Free club membership, 25% off Spa, Retail, and Fitness classes, employee appreciation programs, discounts on phone plans, and more!
