ServiceNow Developer Or Business Analyst
Location: Remote Duration: 6+ months
Job description: We are looking for experienced ServiceNow professionals with strong skills in ITOM (IT Operations Management) and/or CSM (Customer Service Management)
Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, configuring, or analyzing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to help improve IT operations and customer service workflows.
- 5–9 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development or business analysis
- Strong understanding of ITOM (like Discovery, CMDB, Event Management) And/ OR CSM modules
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITOM, CIS-CSM)
- Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.)
- Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks
