Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Oversee teams, contractors, and suppliers to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.
- Prepare and manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Document project milestones and ensure all deliverables are met.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5-10 yeard of project management experience
- Site work and core and shell automation warehouse experience
- Experience managing construction projects within the property industry.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
