We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated call center professional to join our growing and dynamic team! Are you a career minded individual in search of a workplace to call home? Qualifications:
- At least one previous customer service-related role
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Bilingual a plus
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales/service appointments.
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
