• Cook and prepare menu items with speed, accuracy, and consistency.

• Follow recipes and presentation standards to deliver food that looks and tastes great.

• Keep your station clean, organized, stocked, and ready to rock.

• Work with the kitchen team to crush busy service periods without sacrificing quality.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature standards.

• Prep ingredients and help keep the kitchen running smoothly.

• Communicate with teammates and leaders to keep orders moving.

• Help control food waste through proper prep, portioning, and storage.

• Jump in wherever you're needed - we win as a team!

• Take pride in every plate that leaves the kitchen.
