Staff AccountantResponsibilities:Process bills from vendors and post in Quick Books Online and arrange check/wire/ACH paymentIssue invoice in Quick Books Online and send to customersAssist accounting manager to prepare and report to Japanese parent companyCash management with bank accounts and arrange payment to material vendorsPrepare provisional/settlement calculations of procurement from material vendorsUpdate and maintain price position table/payment calculation sheetMaintain purchasing/accounting/financial/drawers and in respective server foldersMaintain constant communication email/phone communication/expense vendorsConfirm accurate documentation to submit to customs- domestic and internationalCommunicated/work with various import teamsTroubleshoot shipment issues and address them promptlyReview expense reports prepared by each employee to see if all receipts/invoices are accounted forEnter employee time sheet information into POSIPerform administrative duties, such as onboarding and separation process, maintaining employee database and checking mailsPerform other related duties as necessary or assignedRequirements:Fluent in Japanese and business-level EnglishSkilled in Word, Adobe (PDF), and OutlookProficient in Excel (Familiar with formula in Excel)Able to communicate professionally with customers and coworkersAble to work quickly, accurately and efficientlyCan-do attitude and willing to take on new tasks, sometimes on the flyExcellent organizational skillsQuick learnerTeam playerMultitasking QUICK USA Inc
