Your Role:

As a Roofing Sales Estimator , you’ll be a key player in securing high-profile commercial roofing projects by:



Developing precise estimates, bids, and proposals to drive new business.

Performing detailed take-offs from project drawings and site data.

Collaborating with sales and project management teams to ensure successful project execution.

Reviewing contracts to confirm accurate pricing and scope alignment.

Managing project documentation, including submittals, change orders, and closeout packages.

Participating in pre-construction meetings to set projects up for success.

What You Bring:

In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
Experience interpreting blueprints, specifications, and compliance documents.
Proficiency with estimating software (Edge preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
A track record of creating competitive, accurate bids in a fast-paced environment.
