This firm focuses exclusively on mesothelioma and asbestos-related cancer claims and has earned a powerful reputation for results, client compassion, and long-term career opportunities for its attorneys.What You'll Be Doing:Handle a dedicated docket of mesothelioma and asbestos cancer cases from initial client intake through settlement or trialDevelop and document asbestos exposure histories in coordination with the firm's investigative teamDraft and argue pre-trial motions, discovery responses, and other litigation documentsConduct and defend depositions of clients, experts, and fact witnessesCollaborate closely with medical experts, pathologists, and occupational health consultantsAdvocate on behalf of seriously ill clients and their families at every stage of the litigation processWhat We're Looking For:Active California Bar license (required)Plaintiff-side litigation background strongly preferred; experience in asbestos, toxic tort, mass tort, or personal injury is a significant advantageStrong deposition and courtroom presenceAbility to manage a high-volume caseload with empathy and precisionGenuine passion for representing those facing life-altering illnessCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary: $140,000–$230,000 annually, based on experienceFull benefits package (health, dental, and vision)Contingency-fee firm with strong earning potentialCollaborative, mission-driven team environmentSignificant professional development and long-term growth opportunitiesThis is a confidential search.
