Loan Remittance Support Specialist

To support client engagement and software implementation, the full-time Loan Remittance Support Specialist will manage loan accounting and investor reporting functions, perform remittance processing, and provide ongoing system support while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Execute client loan accounting and investor reporting functions utilizing SBO Perform remittance processing and support client implementation and conversion functions Communicate with clients to provide system support and resolve production issues Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience 5+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level 3+ years of experience in loan accounting or investor reporting functions Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation Experience with software development teams and testing software enhancements
