Part-Time Esthetician - Weekends

Position Overview

The Inn of the Five Graces is seeking a skilled, professional, and guest-focused Esthetician to provide exceptional spa services and weekend coverage (Friday - Sunday) for our luxury spa operations. This role is ideal for an experienced esthetician who is passionate about wellness, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences in a serene, high-end environment.

Responsibilities

Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, exfoliation, masks, and customized skincare services
Conduct client consultations to assess skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments and retail products
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms and spa areas in accordance with state board regulations and spa standards
Deliver exceptional guest service while ensuring guest comfort, privacy, and relaxation
Maintain accurate treatment records and appointment notes
Promote spa services and retail products in a professional and informative manner
Assist with opening and closing spa duties as needed
Collaborate with spa and hotel team members to ensure a seamless luxury guest experience

Qualifications

Current New Mexico Esthetician License required
Minimum 1–2 years of esthetics experience preferred, ideally in a spa or luxury hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and sanitation standards
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable weekend availability required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with luxury spa brands and advanced skincare treatments
Knowledge of massage or wellness services is a plus
Hospitality or resort spa experience preferred
