Delivery & Service Coordinator

Construction Customer Service - Window Door Delivery Service Coordinator Do you enjoy fixing things and solving puzzles? Are you excited by organizing, scheduling, and project management? Do you appreciate high-quality service and supporting customers? Do you love design, building, and being on a construction site? Do you want to make a meaningful impact in people’s homes and participate in improving an industry’s standard operating procedure? This is the job for you! As a Window and Door Delivery and Service Coordinator, you will be managing 8-10 top vendor accounts and supporting 25+ service warranty issues a month. You will have the opportunity not only to grow your communication and organizational skills but also to help develop a service warranty management system that provides clients with the best customer service experience. You will also assist with 25+ deliveries per month by lifting, inspecting, documenting, and managing window and door shipments on the jobsite and at the warehouse. Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and process-driven towards efficiency. The candidate is integral to the success of the sales team and will grow and expand our abilities as a small business by providing clients with an efficient and seamless experience that improves the windows and doors in their home.
