Service Desk Analyst

*Description*
Qualifications Requirements/Experience:
Minimum software proficiencies include knowledge of Apple/Windows Operating Systems, Various Web Browsers, Microsoft Office and the ability to speak comfortably and explain technology. At least 2 years' experience with the above technologies is preferred. Must have the ability to multi-task and have excellent written and oral communication skills. Basic knowledge of phones/mobile devices, Bluetooth, and App downloads is preferred.

This position will work closely with the members of the Technical Services team as well as other key staff specialists to accomplish successful implementation of the MLS TECHNOLOGY INC. products and services. These include but are not limited to the MLS system Matrix, Realist, Transaction Service, Showing Service, SentriLock, HomesConnect, RPR, New Home Source Pro, Zendesk, mobile web sites, apps and the company website. This position will report to and receive directions from the CTO.

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
