IT Field Technician

Responsibilities Travel to dental offices to assist with technical issues Provide excellent customer service via phone, remote, and on-site support Communicate with vendors and adhere to support request methods Perform maintenance tasks on end user devices Troubleshoot and configure PCs, printers, and network equipment Handle password resets and user account setup Requirements 1-2 years of tech support experience 1-2 years of customer service experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven reliability and ability to work independentlyMust have reliable transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr
