We are seeking a skilled Construction Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in foundation work, pouring concrete, and making forms. You will work with both hand and powered tools to complete various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform foundation work and pour concrete as per project specifications.

• Create and set up forms for concrete placement.

• Utilize hand and powered tools effectively to complete construction tasks.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely project completion.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in construction and concrete work.

• Experience with general labor tasks in construction settings.

• Skilled in using hand tools and power tools.

• Knowledge of carpentry, formwork, and framing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in concrete finishing is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Boiling Spring Lakes, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
