4-Day Week & 8-Weeks PTO + Holidays

Compensation & Benefits:

Best Compensation: $375K with Salary Guarantee + Bonus | $450K+ Annual Compensation
Sign-On Bonus: $75,000 with $20,000 Relocation
Student Loan Repayment: $Paid in Full$

Qualifications:

Degree: MD or DO
Certifications: BC or BE in Family Medicine
Licensure: Licensed or ability to obtain state licensure
Skillset: Family Practice
Experience: Open to new grads and experienced physicians
