FAMILY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN

Top Midwest Private Practice Partnership

Position Highlights

Work-Life Balance: 100% outpatient practice with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (No weekends, holidays, or call)
Desirable Practice Setting: Independent, physician-owned, multi-specialty group
Modern Facility: 24 exam rooms (3 per physician) in a state-of-the-art clinic
Strong Support: One RN and one virtual scribe per provider
On-Site Services: CT, MRI, X-ray, and lab services available on campus
Strong Practice Culture: Supportive team environment with 7 experienced ARNPs; Physician-led Board of Directors
Professional Development Opportunities: Dedicated CME time and financial support
Partnership Opportunities: Partnership eligibility after approximately 18 months
- Active involvement in group governance
- Investment opportunities in real estate and ancillary services
- Share in both department-level and group-wide profits

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Base Salary: $250,000–$300,000
Bonuses: Performance and quality-based bonuses
Sign-on Bonus: Relocation assistance available
Full Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
Retirement Plan: 401(k) with employer match
Paid Time Off: 4 weeks of PTO plus additional time for holidays, sick leave, and CME
Continuing Education: CME allowance with licensing fees, dues, and subscriptions covered

Qualifications

Degree: MD or DO
Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Experience: Comfortable managing approximately 24 patients per day; Prior experience preferred
Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for J-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship
