Drybar is looking for enthusiastic Stylists to join our team! As a Drybar Stylist, you'll specialize in blowouts and styling while creating the fun, welcoming experience our guests love. Whether you're an experienced blowout pro or ready to expand your skills, we'll give you the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Create beautiful blowouts using Drybar's signature techniques.

• Consult with guests and recommend styles suited to their hair and lifestyle.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences.

• Recommend products and service add-ons when appropriate.

• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and sanitized.

• Work as part of a collaborative salon team.

• Follow Drybar's brand and service standards.

What We're Looking For

• Passion for hair, beauty, and making people feel amazing.

• Blowout experience required.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Positive, team-first attitude.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Eager to learn and master Drybar's signature styling techniques.

• Weekend availability is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Reliable transportation.

• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive styling motions.

• Virginia cosmetology license is welcome but not required.
