Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and reach across counters. Kitchens are hot and noisy; employees must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts/difficult situations.
