About the Role: As a Team Lead, you’ll be the heartbeat of our shift operations. You’ll support the management team by leading crew members, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met, and keeping our guests happy and our restaurant running smoothly. You’ll also assist with training new hires, maintaining shift checklists, and supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in achieving operational goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate team members during assigned shifts Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service in the dining room and drive-thru Train new employees on proper procedures and performance expectations Monitor daily operations, handle shift reports, and assist with cash handling Communicate effectively with management and team members Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as needed Help foster a positive, team-oriented culture Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age Minimum 6 months of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership experience preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment Flexible availability (nights, weekends, and holidays as required) Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Commitment to providing excellent customer service and teamwork Must have Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation Education & Certification Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience in restaurant or retail leadership) Valid SERV Safe Certification and be able to provide documentation during the hiring process Perks & Benefits: We offer competitive pay Advancement opportunities within our growing organization Flexible scheduling Employee meal discounts Career growth with Vortex Hospitality Group Supportive and team-focused environment Training and development for advancement Compensation: To be discussed #J-18808-Ljbffr Jack in the Box
