What We Offer Competitive salary + quarterly bonuses Generous PTO Paid holidays Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match What You’ll Do Lead daily operations at a LIHTC/tax credit community Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and requirements Oversee leasing, resident relations, and property operationsLead and support the property team Manage occupancy goals, budgets, and financial performance Maintain accurate records and reporting Help establish a strong culture and resident experience as the community grows What You Bring 2-5yrs+ of LIHTC/tax credit property management experience Strong knowledge of Georgia tax credit requirements Knowledge of Georgia affordable housing reporting requirements is a plus Bilingual skills are a plus High School diploma or GED Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Property management software and Microsoft Office experience A passion for affordable housing and serving residents with excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr Brookside Properties
