Senior Manager – Business Management Onboarding Overview The Oracle Health Federal Consulting team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the onboarding team and continuously evolve the strategic onboarding framework for new associates. This highly visible leadership role is critical to ensuring new team members are successfully integrated while meeting all compliance, security, and access requirements unique to the federal space. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop the onboarding team, setting clear expectations, performance goals, and development plans for project managers and coordinators Own the strategic design, execution, and continuous improvement of the end-to-end onboarding program for Oracle Health Federal Consulting associates Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of compliance, access, and security requirements Establish program-level tracking, governance standards, capacity planning, and risk management protocols to proactively address delays and systemic issues Create a high-accountability team culture focused on ownership, service, sound judgment, collaboration, and an excellent new-associate experience Develop and own communications strategies that ensure clarity, consistency, and accountability across associates, managers, teams, and leadership Drive process standardization and scalability initiatives, identifying and implementing improvements that support organizational growth Synthesize team and program data into executive-level reporting, strategic insights, and actionable recommendations What You'll Bring (Basic Qualifications) 8 or more years of experience in program management or operational leadership, including direct people-management experience; healthcare technology or federal program experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or related field Strong organizational, strategic planning, coaching, and performance management skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders Demonstrated success leading complex programs independently, developing teams, and managing competing priorities at scale At least four in-office days in Kansas City every other week to lead onboarding US citizenship with the ability to obtain federal security clearance Preferred Qualifications PMP, leadership, or other advanced project management certification Experience leading onboarding or integration programs in highly regulated environments Strong business acumen and comfort navigating ambiguity at an organizational level Proven track record of leveraging data, metrics, and program insights to drive strategic process improvements #J-18808-Ljbffr Ll Oefentherapie
